George Holland

Associate Osteopath

George’s entrance into the profession was influenced by a long-standing involvement in competitive rugby. Experiencing a succession of injuries firsthand, he recognized the clinical efficacy of osteopathy in managing recovery and restoring physical performance. This experience motivated him to transition into a career focused on high-level musculoskeletal rehabilitation.

George began his clinical path as a musculoskeletal therapist at a specialist sports injury clinic in Manchester. Seeking to broaden his diagnostic and treatment capabilities beyond soft-tissue therapy, he pursued a degree in Osteopathy at the College of Osteopaths, where he graduated as a Bachelor of Osteopathy (B.Ost).

His clinical practice is methodical and evidence-based, catering to a diverse patient demographic. While he treats a wide range of conditions, George maintains a dedicated interest in sports-related pathology—ranging from acute traumatic injuries to complex, chronic overuse syndromes. To provide a more versatile and integrated treatment approach, George has a keen interest in medical acupuncture, which he incorporates to assist with pain management and neuro-musculoskeletal recovery.

George is focused on achieving tangible clinical outcomes by reducing pain and optimizing functional mobility. By combining manual therapy and acupuncture with a clear focus on biomechanical restoration, he assists patients in returning to their peak activity levels and improving their overall physical health.
